Trumpet


Dr. Christopher Foster resides in Weybridge, VT with his beautiful wife and two kids. He has wanted to play trumpet for as long as he can remember, and has been playing for nearly 40 years. He is currently a trumpet teacher, performer, and clinician. Prior to moving to Vermont, Dr. Foster was a college music professor for eleven years. He has also been a high school, middle school, and beginning band director in Nevada. Dr. Foster holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Trumpet Performance from the University of North Texas, and Bachelor and Master of Music degrees from the University of Nevada, Reno. He has experience performing in bands, orchestras, jazz bands and other ensembles as well as a soloist throughout the country. When not involved in music, Dr. Foster enjoys cooking, biking, running, or watching Star Wars and superhero movies!
