Instruments

MCMC will consider donations of instruments that:

• Are fully playable and do not require any major repairs to be functional;

• Are instruments we actively teach at MCMC. View our current list of instruments.

  If your instrument meets these guidelines, please email details and a photo to Lily@mcmcvt.org for consideration.

Sheet Music

We accept sheet music that:

• Is in good condition, not moldy, damaged, or disintegrating;

• Is for instruments we actively teach at MCMC. View our current list of instruments.

  If your sheet music meets these guidelines, please email a list of titles to Lily@mcmcvt.org before bringing materials in.

Music-Related Books

We accept books that:

• Are in good condition, not moldy, damaged, or disintegrating.

  If your music-related books meet these guidelines, please email a list of titles to Lily@mcmcvt.org before bringing materials in.

Music Stands

We accept music stands that:

• Are functional and clean, with no rust or broken parts;

• Completely fold, if designed to do so.

  If your music stands meet these guidelines, please email details and a photo to Lily@mcmcvt.org for consideration.

Items We Are Currently Not Accepting

• CDs or DVDs;

• Tuners, metronomes, cables, or other electronic accessories;

• Broken or unplayable instruments;

• Damaged sheet music or music for instruments we don’t currenty support at MCMC.

Other Ways to Support MCMC

If you are interested in supporting MCMC in other ways, we always welcome:

• Volunteers as ushers or greeters at concerts

• Administrative volunteers to assist with behind-the-scenes work
