Attract and retain a highly qualified, diverse team to support the growth initiatives of MCMC.
Narrative
Promote engagement with the Center and its programs by communicating its compelling vision and vibe, and highlighting points of accessibility.
Money

Organizational Capacity
Build and maintain the appropriate levels of support, staff, and systems to grow our program, communicate our vision, and enhance our organization's impact.
Our Story
The seed of sound that’s planted and watered exists in all of us, ready to flourish.
From a time before I can remember, music has been an integral and essential component of my life and sense of self. It became clear to me, through a lifetime of dedication to the study of music, that it is also fundamental to the health and vibrancy of a community. MCMC is here to address that need, providing access, inspiration, and support for all who seek to incorporate music into their lives.

“I would teach children music, physics, and philosophy; but most importantly MUSIC, for the patterns in music and all the arts are the keys to learning”
