A two-week musical theater experience at MCMC for ages 8–12

Join us at MCMC for an engaging and enriching two-week Musical Theater Arts Camp designed for students ages 8–12 who are excited to dive deeper into the process of creating a theatrical production.

Over the course of ten days, campers work together to bring a one-of-a-kind musical theater performance to life. Students explore singing, acting, dancing, ensemble building, and elements of technical theater as they collaborate, rehearse, and grow together as a cast. With guidance from experienced teaching artists, campers develop confidence, creativity, and teamwork while learning what it takes to build a show from the ground up.

The camp experience balances focused rehearsal with creative exploration, allowing students to take ownership of their roles and contribute meaningfully to the group process. The two weeks culminate in a celebratory final showcase for family and friends, where campers share the performance they’ve created together.

Musical Theater Arts Camp is perfect for students who enjoy performing, collaborating, and immersing themselves in the creative process, and who are ready for a longer, deeper theatrical experience.
