Music Together® (0-5)
Music Together® classes are participatory, fun, and a wonderful way to bond with your child(ren) and other families. Each session includes singing, dancing, drumming, and playing on instruments. Classes provide a rich musical experience for children and offer parents and caretakers tools to use in everyday parenting. Tuition includes an illustrated songbook, access to the Music Together® app, and CD. Learn more about the benefits of this class here.

Rhythm Kids® (4-8)
Developed by the internationally recognized Music Together® program, Rhythm Kids® is a comprehensive music, movement, and drumming program that helps children complete the pathway of early childhood music development. Classes are fun and engaging, designed to help children develop rhythm skills and gain a deeper level of musical understanding, preparing them for formal music instruction. Full Class enrollment will open to the General Public on August 15!

If you need to withdraw from a class, please be in touch with Info@mcmcvt.org as soon as possible. Your tuition will be refunded in full up until two days prior to the start of class. There will be no refunds for cancellations once the class starts.

Many times I need a piano student to sing/hum a tune so that we can isolate the melody and discuss rhythm or articulation. I can tell right away if a student has participated in a Music Together® or Rhythm Kids® class because they are not afraid to isolate that melody and it seems quite natural for them to do that. However, students who haven’t practiced that skill in a Music Together® or Rhythm Kids® in general feel very self-conscious or struggle to find the notes they want within their own bodies. I love that our Early Childhood Music Program is equipping students to recognize that they THEMSELVES are the music makers, and not their instruments and to be confident in their music-making abilities! — MCMC piano faculty
