A two-week musical theater experience in collaboration with Town Hall Theater

Middlebury Community Music Center and Town Hall Theater come together for a joyful, immersive two-week Musical Theater Arts Camp designed especially for young performers ages 7–10.

Throughout this collaborative experience, campers spend time at both MCMC and Town Hall Theater as they work together to create a fully realized musical theater performance. Along the way, students explore singing, acting, dancing, and ensemble building while also getting a playful introduction to technical theater and clowning. Each day is filled with creative movement, music-making, imagination, and teamwork.

With guidance from experienced music and theater educators, campers build confidence, collaboration skills, and stage presence in a supportive and encouraging environment. The two weeks culminate in a fun and unique performance on the Town Hall Theater stage, where students share their work with family and friends.

Musical Theater Arts Camp is perfect for children who love to move, sing, act, and tell stories, and who are excited to be part of a creative ensemble from first rehearsal to final curtain call.
