Paying for Summer Camps
At MCMC, we never want financials to be a barrier to music learning. Thanks to the generosity of individual and corporate donors in our community, we are pleased to once again be able to offer a sliding scale option for those who need it for our 2025 Summer Camps. Here are some more details:

The actual cost of camp tuition includes compensation for our INCREDIBLE camp directors, coaches and camp staff (about 80%). The remainder of your tuition goes toward snacks for campers, supplies (including music and rights, costumes, etc.), and facility rental costs. We thank you for paying what you can, and if you can afford to pay the full tuition, please pay that amount.

If the actual cost of camp tuition is not affordable for you, we still want you to come to camp! You can choose between paying 75 percent or 50 percent of your tuition (details below). If this is still a deterrent to you enrolling in camp, and you would like to learn more about MCMC’s scholarship program please contact our Enrollment Coordinator at Lara@mcmcvt.org.

If you are able to pay more than the actual cost of tuition, please do so! By doing this, you are helping to support other campers to attend our camps. MCMC relies on generous donors like you! To pay more and support other campers' tuition please select "Yes I would like to make a donation" on the payment page and select the amount from the drop down menu. Paying an additional 25 or 50 percent on top of your camp tuition goes a long way. Thank you so much for your generous support!
Age Requirement
If your child does not fit the age range indicated by the time camp is in session, please reach out to Lily@mcmcvt.org to determine whether your child may enroll.
If you need to withdraw from camp, please be in touch with Lily@mcmcvt.org. Enrollment fees will be refunded in full up until three weeks prior to camp, with a $50 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations less than three weeks prior to the camp start date.
