Molly McEachen is MCMC's Early Childhood Program Director. A native of Bristol, Vermont, Molly is delighted to be back in her home state after spending several years in San Francisco and Brooklyn, where she worked in documentary television production as well as early childhood education. She loves being part of a dedicated community of musicians and educators, helping young children and their families experience the joy of making music together.

Molly earned her bachelor's degree in Sociology from Skidmore College where she sang with an all-female a cappella group and studied classical voice. She became a certified Music Together® teacher in 2016 and earned her First Steps in Music FAME certification in 2017. She believes music is a powerful way to nurture connection, confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning, and she is passionate about creating welcoming musical experiences for children and the grown-ups who love them.

Molly lives in Lincoln with her husband and two children and enjoys singing in bands with her friends.
