In this new week-long camp at Treleven Farm in Vergennes, we explore the rhythms of life–the ones we can make with our bodies (body percussion) and voices– as well as the rhythm of Vermont life: exploration in nature arts and crafts, outdoor play, walking and hiking trails, and creating handicrafts like soap carvings, felting, weaving, flower pressing, papermaking, etc.
This camp is a great place to start for both a first time musical experience and also a first time look at simple Vermont living and exploring the natural world around us. We believe that music goes hand and hand with nature and this camp explores the rhythm of both.
